In our real world selling a home was a complicated challenge that was made so much better when we partnered with a top-notch realtor. From advice on what made sense to make the home more appealing to using professional marketing tools to drawing on her extensive years of experience and networking, Darlene was a positive force working on our behalf. Throughout the process Darlene was always encouraging and realistic. Selling is indeed a process. Darlene personally conducted numerous open houses while at the same time hosted even more private viewings. Without Darlene McWilliams' ongoing support and encouragement, I would not have sold my home. In the post-recession error, I was faced with a difficult situation -- sell my home as a short sale. Unlike a normal home selling experience, a short sale involved additional hurdles that made the process challenging. Darlene was the best broker I could have asked for. She ensured that the home was on multiple listing sites, had several open houses that were well staged, and worked with other brokers to keep my home top-of-mind. After the first 2 deals fell through, Darlene remained optimistic and vigilant. She promptly addressed the myriad of requests made by my bank and my attorney.
